Our latest rental space, a newly reconstructed building of the former Film Labs B3, is a 3-storey building with the total floor space of 6,500 sq m / 70,000 sq ft, offering six separately rentable units suitable for patina artists, or costume, and make-up departments. Another favorite space, a 2-storey building (nicknamed “Nový dřevák”) offers facilities for costume and props departments. The area of almost 2,000 sq m / 21,500 sq ft is divided into 6 sections. The facility is located near the sound stage MAX. Both buildings have a large adjacent parking area available.
