All of the Barrandov Studio's co-production films of 2018 were ranked among the 35 nominations for the Czech Lion Awards.

Ondrej Trojan’s film Toman received nominations in 13 categories (Best Film, Best Director, Best Actress in a Leading Role, Best Actor in a Leading Role, Best Actress in a Supporting Role, Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography, Best Film Editing, Best Sound, Best Music, Best Stage Design, Best Costume Design and Best Makeup and Hairstyling.)

The Hastrman from the director Ondrej Havelka was nominated in 10 categories (Best Actress in a Leading Role, Best Actor in a Leading Role, Best Actor in a Supporting Role, Best Cinematography, Best Film Editing, Best Sound, Best Stage Design, Best Costume Design and Best Makeup and Hairstyling and Best Music.) The Lion Award was recieved by Karel Dobry for Best Actor in Leading Role, Marek Divis for Best Cinematography, Eva Kotkova for Best Costume Design and Petr Wajsar for Best Music.

The sports drama Golden Sting (Zlatý podraz), directed by Radim Spacek, received 9 nominations (Best Film, Best Actor in a Supporting Role, Best Cinematography, Best Film Editing, Best Sound, Best Music, Best Stage Design, Best Costume Design and Best Makeup and Hairstyling).

The Magic Quill (Čertí brko) earned nominations in three categories (Best Stage Design, Best Costume Design and Best Makeup and Hairstyling). In the end the statue was received by Zdenek Klika for the Best Makeup and Hairstyling.

The results of the 26th Czech Lion Awards were announced on March 23rd at a Gala Evening in Prague’s Rudolfinum.
